Last night, Mid-Atlantic LECET attended the Metro DC Hispanic Contractors Association (MDCHCA) 5th Annual ‘Diversity in Construction Gala.’ In addition to being one of the event sponsors, MA-LECET recently joined MDCHCA in support of creating a workforce as diverse as construction itself. Speakers throughout the night shared a common message: unions and construction contractors working together make it possible for members of the hispanic community to build their own American Dream.
